The General Post Exchange (GPEX) is formed as a private membership association serving its members with real solutions to the hardships facing the members at this time.
GPEX is a barter site to assist in trade for its users.

General Post Exchange has been extended into a Barter Exchange known as “GPEX”. GPEX has two sides to it. One side is the General Post Exchange and the other is a cooperative. General Post Exchange operates under the General Post Articles and the Cooperative operates under its constitution and user agreement deposited below.
10-20-2019- The T-ROH ALLIANCE has been moved and operates under the General Post Articles and now operates as the Continental Crypto Exchange as a private club. The T-ROH ALLIANCE constitution and by-laws does business as the Continental Crypto Exchange wherein the committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America shall manage the Continental Crypto Exchange that does business as a club.
GPEX co-op shall be managed by the committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America.
